Can I use my own numbering system for invoices?
You can change the numbers without problems. When creating your next invoice, Momenteo will search for the highest number +1. To make sure you number system is compliant, read this.
I would like the dates of each item to be indicated on the invoice. How to do ?
Simply select the ‘Show Item’s date’ on each line of the invoice when you are at the ‘Design’ step. It is located at the top left corner of the document.
Can I include expenses and travel expenses on an invoice?
Yes. When you click on a job in "preparation" step of creating an invoice, you will see a window on the left that lets you choose which items you want to include or not on the tab.
How do late fees work?
Activate them on the invoice and the follow-up will be done automatically. You choose the percentage that you want to apply, as well as the frequency at which the percentage is accumulated. You can change your payment period on the invoice or in your settings in Invoices tab by selecting ‘Accounting Information’.
How do I change the default text items?
In your settings, click on ‘Invoices’ and then ‘text templates’. There you go!
Why are my text templates not added to my invoices?
For a template to be used, it must be used by default. Go to your Settings, then the Invoices tab and ‘text Templates’. You will then be able to choose which text template will be added automatically. Note that it will always be possible to also edit your text when creating the invoice.
