Can I sort my clients alphabetically?
Yes, type the first letter of the contact's name in the search bar, they will appear automatically.
Why are contacts displayed in different colors?
Color helps you to differentiate Contacts among them in the calendar. To modify the assigned color, click on the desired Contact. Once in the "General Information" section, click "Edit". Click on the Contact's Color bubble, and select the new color. Click "Update".
I work with a client in another language. How to proceed ?
Go to the "Contacts" section and select the Contact. In the "Settings", you will be able to change the Language you wish to use.
I charge several departments to the same client. Is it possible to divide them?
This function is not available yet. For now, it will be much simpler to create a contact for each of the separate entities.
What about the archive contacts feature?
The "Archive contacts" feature helps you to disable clients from your Contacts lists that you no longer work with on a regular basis. Momenteo will keep all the Contact’s information intact so you can always enable the client in the future. The "Archive contact" feature is available on the Contact’s page, in the upper right corner of your screen.
I would like to delete a contact, but it is impossible. Is this normal?
Yes, it is not possible to delete an "Active contact", associated with an unpaid invoice, for example. Once the contactfile will be settled (work, invoices, etc.), it will be possible to delete the contact by clicking on "Delete" on the Client's file.
I have a client who works in different language. Will he receive my invoices in English?
Invoices sent by Momenteo will be accessible according to the language of your recipient's web browser. The browser will detect the recipient's preferred language and then serve the documents in that language.
If you choose to download the invoice in PDF format in order to send it yourself to your client, the PDF file will be provided to you in the language that you have set up for yourself on your Momenteo's account.
