Can I sort my clients alphabetically?
Simply type the first letter of the contact's name in the search bar so that they appear automatically.
What are the different colors for the contacts for?
It is a tool to differentiate them in the calendar. You can modify your contact’s color by going to their general information.
I work with a client in another language. How to proceed ?
Go to your contacts and select the customer. In the setting, you will be able to change the language you wish to use.
I charge several departments to the same client. Is it possible to divide them?
This function is not yet available. For now, it will be much simpler to create a contact for each of the separate entities.
What about archiving contacts?
Archiving allows you to remove contacts from your contact lists that you no longer work for on a regular basis. We will keep all of the contact’s info intact so you can always bring back the client in the future. The option is in the upper right corner of your screen when you are on your contact’s page.
I would like to delete a contact but it is impossible. Is this normal?
It is impossible to remove a contact involved in an ongoing action. Once all the exchanges are settled (work, invoices, etc.), it will be possible to delete the contact by clicking on ‘Delete the contact’ on their page.
