Do I have access to all features during the trial period?
Absolutely. The entire tool with all of its features is at your disposal, for you to try.
How do I upgrade from free to premium?
- Log in to your Momenteo account.
- Click on « Boost » in the top admin bar.
- Your account content will update after payment.
Can I put my subscription on hold?
- No problem. Go to « Settings ».
- Then click on the « Subscription tab ».
- Finally, click on « Suspend my subscription ».
Will I lose information entered if I decide not to sign up?
All your data remains stored securely on our side. So you can export them without problems.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Absolutly, you can do this at any time. The amount already paid for your subscription will not be lost. The system will prorate the amount used on the current plan, and the balance will be automatically credited to you when ordering the new plan.
When do I have to pay?
Payment is due at the time of ordering a plan. Momenteo offers 3 premium plans with a minimum of a monthly or an annual contract duration. You pay for your subscription at once, for the entire duration of the selected contract. Your contract with Momenteo will automatically renew (unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date) for one month or 12 months.

What is included in my subscription?
Access to Momenteo current Features (and all upcoming updates) and the free and unlimited online support. The difference among subscription plans is mainly the number of active customers.
What do you mean by active customers?
An active customer is a Contact associated with an invoice during your fiscal year (12 months).
How can I change my subscription plan
- Go to « Settings » at the top right of your screen.
- Click on « Subscription ».
- Click on « Modify your subscription plan » and select your new plan.
- Enter your payment information and click « Save ».
How can I see invoices for my Momenteo subscription?
- Go to « Settings » at the top right of your screen.
- Click on « Subscription ».
- Click on « See my invoices ».
- You can download your invoice in PDF format.
