How do I change my password?
- Go to your settings.
- Then, under the "Account" tab, click "Login Information"
- Then "Change Your Login Information".
Can I use Momenteo in another language?
The platform is available in English and French. Choose the language that suits your preferences.
I have a client who works in another language. Will he receive my documents in French?
Documents sent by Momenteo adapt to the language of the recipient's web browser. Please note that if you choose to download them in PDF form to send them yourself, they will be provided in the language you have chosen on your Momenteo account.
Which currencies are supported?
We currently manage 162 currencies. There’s a good chance you'll find the one you need.
Do I have to specify my currency for every entry?
No. Momenteo automatically applies your main currency to all transactions.
I work with a client in a foreign currency. How do I proceed?
Enter your customer's default currency in their contact card. Thus, all of their entries will be converted automatically.
Why link my account to an online payment method?
By linking your Stripe or Paypal account to Momenteo, you allow your customers to pay your bills or make down payments directly.
Can I link Momenteo to my Paypal account?
Yes. Simply go to your settings, under the Invoices tab and then Online Payment.

I am not registered for taxes. Should I mention it?
- Yes. Go to your settings and then to your accounting information.
- Select the "I am not on the tax file" check box.
