It is possible to send an account statement to your clients from Momenteo. It is a free feature.
How to send an account statement with Momenteo
If you want to send an account statement, click on Contact and choose your client's profile page. In the top of the page, you will find the Account statement tab.
You have various options regarding your account statement. You can:
- Use filters to get an account statement for a precise period
- Choose the Account activity statement, which includes all the paid and unpaid invoices
- Choose the Payment history statement, to see all the paid invoices
- Choose the Unpaid invoices statement, to see all the unpaid invoices
These different options are located top right. Please note that your client will also access these filters and options when they receive your account statement, in their portal.
Sending an account statement
To send your account statement, click on the Send button located right. The system will take into account the email associated with the client, but it is possible to change it or add other email addresses.
It is possible to customize the message, send the statement to yourself, or add documents as well.
