It is now possible to Add a note to the Calendar without linking it to an invoice. See this feature as a post-it you would use as a reminder.
How can I add a note to my calendar?
It is simple and works like the other elements (Work, Time, Expense, Travel). Click on a Date on the calendar, a new window displays on the right. At the top, choose Note.
Next, enter a Description for your note. Note that only the first characters will be displayed on the Calendar. However, if you hover over the note, you will see the entire message.
You can only use a maximum of 300 characters for a note.
How to modify a note?
To modify an existing note, click on it. In the right window, change the Description or the Date, and then click on Update.
How to delete a note?
To delete a note, retrieve it and click on it. Then, in the right window, click on the Delete element button at the bottom.
How to repeat a note?
As for other elements, such as Work, Time, and Travel, you have the option to repeat an element. To do it, you only need to enable the Repeat element case. Choose the Schedule (Day, Week, Month) and the End date.
