How do I create a Momenteo account?
The steps to register are very simple. Simply go to www.momenteo.com, click on SIGN IN. Enter your email address and create your password. You'll then be asked a few quick questions. And there you have it, your Momenteo account has been created.
How do I fill out my important information?
You'll likely have important information to enter, such as your billing address, tax numbers, and other information. That's why the Momenteo team has created a 13-step introductory guide. We strongly recommend following it to ensure all important information is accessible in a timely manner. This guide will also show you how to create a quote or invoice. Of course, if you don't have time to complete it right away, that's okay. The guide will always be available until it is completed. You can also track your progress using the progress bar.
Also, if you need to change any of the information you've provided, simply go to your general account settings.
Can Momenteo be used in another language?
The platform is available in English and French. Go to Settings, then to the Account section, and finally Preferences. Select the desired language.
Do I have to do the 13 steps of the introductory guide?
You can skip a step and come back later. The progress bar will disappear after the 13 steps have been either completed or ignored.
