Can I use Momenteo on a phone or tablet?
Many people have asked us if Momenteo has a mobile app for iPhones or Android devices. Unfortunately, no, this option is no longer available.
However, you can use Momenteo on any device (mobile phone, tablet) via a web browser. Simply open your browser, type "Momenteo" in the search bar, and enter your login details to access the responsive version of your favorite invoicing software.
For those wondering, there are no plans to relaunch an app at this time.
Can I use two-factor authentication to log in to my account? NEW !
Yes. Since January 2026, Momenteo offers the two-factor authentication feature. This feature adds a layer of security to your account by requiring two forms of identification when logging in.
1. Go to "Settings" at the top right of your screen. 2. Click on the "Account" Tab. 3. Click "Login Information". 4. Click "Edit login Information" 5. Check the box "Enable login verification". 6. Click "Update".
Authentication is linked to your IP address. No additional verification will be required if you are using the same device and network. However, verification will be required when logging in from a different device, a different Wi-Fi network, or a new location.
A security code will then be sent to the email address associated with your Momenteo account. Please note that this code is valid for a limited time.
How to change my password?
- Go to "Settings" at the top right of your screen.
- Click on "Account".
- Go to "Settings".
- Then, under the Account tab, click "Login Information.".
- Then"Update" Change Your Login Information.
Which currencies are supported?
We currently manage 162 currencies. There’s a good chance you'll find the one you need.
Do I have to specify my currency for every entry?
No. Momenteo automatically applies your main currency to all transactions.

How can I change my personal information?
- Go to "Settings" at the top right of your screen.
- Click on "Account".
- Then click on "About You".
- Select the section you want to edit: First Name, Last Name, Gender, Profession, Business name, Phone number.
- Edit your information and click "Update" to exit.
How can I change my billing address?
- Go to "Settings" at the top right of your screen.
- Click on "Account".
- Select "Billing Address".
- Edit your information and click "Update" to exit.
How can I change the currency used in Momenteo?
- Go to "Settings" at the top right of your screen.
- Click on "Account".
- Go to the "Preferences" section.
- Select the desired "Currency" from the drop-down list and click "Update" to exit.
How can I export my data?
You can export your contacts, invoices, expenses, and journal entries in CSV format.
- Go to "Settings" at the top right of your screen.
- Click on "Account".
- Then click on "Data Export".
- Select the report you want to export: Journal Entries, Contacts, Invoices, Expenses.
- Click "Save File" to download it.
