How do I change my password?
- Go to your settings.
- Then, under the "Account" tab, click "Login Information"
- Then "Change Your Login Information".
Which currencies are supported?
We currently manage 162 currencies. There’s a good chance you'll find the one you need.
Do I have to specify my currency for every entry?
No. Momenteo automatically applies your main currency to all transactions.
Can I use Momenteo on your phone or tablet?
Several asked us if Momenteo had a mobile app for iPhones or Android devices. Unfortunately no, this option is not available. Be aware, however, that you can use Momenteo on any device (mobile phone, tablet) through a web browser. Indeed, you have to open the browser, write Momenteo in the search bar, and enter your credentials to access the responsive version of your favorite billing software. For those who would wonder, there are no plans to have an app back.
How can I change my personal information?
- Go to "Settings" at the top right of your screen.
- Click on "Account".
- Then click on "About You".
- Select the section you want to edit: First Name, Last Name, Gender, Profession, Business name, Phone number.
- Edit your information and click "Update" to exit.
How can I change my billing address?
- Go to "Settings" at the top right of your screen.
- Click on "Account".
- Select "Billing Address".
- Edit your information and click "Update" to exit.
How can I change the currency used in Momenteo?
- Go to "Settings" at the top right of your screen.
- Click on "Account".
- Go to the "Preferences" section.
- Select the desired "Currency" from the drop-down list and click "Update" to exit.
How can I export my data?
- Go to "Settings" at the top right of your screen.
- Click on "Account".
- Then click on "Data Export".
- Select the report you want to export: Journal Entries, Contacts, Invoices, Expenses.
- Click "Save File" to download it.
