Use the « Search a contact » bar, at the top right of the page. You can write words or amounts on it.
I have a client who works in another language. Will he receive my documents in French?
Documents sent by Momenteo adapt to the language of the recipient's web browser. Note that if you download them as a PDF to send them yourself, they will be provided to you in your language of use.
I work with a client in a foreign currency. How do I proceed?
Enter your customer's default currency in their contact card. Thus, all your entries will be converted automatically when needed.
Change the color of a contact
- To change the color: Click on « Contacts » in the left column of your page.
- Click on the desired Contact.
- 8. In the Contact Card, General Information section, click on « Edit ».
- Click on the color bubble assigned to the contact, and select the new color from the choices offered.
- Click on « Update ».
Can I sort my contacts alphabetically ?
Type the first letter of the contact's name into the search bar to have the cards automatically ranked.
What are the color pads on the contact cards ?
It is a tool to differentiate them faster in the calendar. You can change the colors to your liking on a contact's card.
See a contact's statistics
Momenteo offers you a wealth of information about your contacts immediately.
You can see :
-the percentage of your total sales that he/she/they represents,
-the number of invoices you have sent him/her/them,
-the number of unpaid invoices,
-the number of overdue invoices,
-the total amount you have invoiced him/her/them,
-the amount you must charge him/her/them,
-the number of days on average that this contact takes to pay your invoices,
-if there is credit if he/she/they has overpaid.
How do I use contact archiving ?
Archiving allows you to remove contacts from the search that you no longer use regularly. You will always be able to bring a contact back into the search in the future. The option is in the upper right corner of your screen when you are on a contact's card.
I want to delete a contact, but it's impossible. Is this normal ?
You cannot delete a contact involved in an operation in progress. Once all exchanges with a customer have been settled, it will be possible to archive him by clicking on his card, then on « Archive contact ».
What exactly is an active customer?
An active customer is simply a customer to whom you send invoices over a year. If you have five customers to whom you send invoices, you will need to take our Start package, which allows sending invoices to 5 different customers.
But can we have non-active customers?
Yes, for example, suppliers. You can enter contacts in the Contact section to whom you do not send invoices. They will then not be counted as active customers. If you know you're not going to send more invoices to a customer, you can archive it by going to their settings. It will be removed from the count in your new year.
Where can I find the account status of my contacts?

- Click on the « Account Statement » to access the summary of transactions made.
