How do I change the default text elements ?

Why are my text templates not included in the invoice ?
For a template to be used automatically, it must be used by default.
- Go to your settings under the « Invoice » tab.
- Click on « Text templates ».
- You can choose which template will be reported automatically.
How can I edit the message sent with the invoice?
By default, Momenteo offers you a clear and concise message for Message Templates, Modality Templates, Note Templates, but you can edit it without any problem.
- Go to « Settings » at the top right of your screen.
- Click on « Invoices ».
- Go to the « Text Templates » section.
- Click on « Create a text template ».
- Pick a template type.
- Enter a Title and edit the Text.
- Specify whether you want to use this « Default » message on your invoices.
- Click on « Save ».
How can I add or edit a terms and conditions template?
Momenteo offers you to create term templates that you can reuse from one invoice to another, without having to rewrite them each time.
- Go to « Settings » at the top right of your screen.
- Click on « Invoices ».
- Go to the « Text Templates » section.
- Click on « Terms Templates ». Here are the templates configured by default:
-30 jours [Fr]
-NET 30 [En]
-Sur réception [Fr]
-Upon receipt [En] - To change it, click on the modality
- Enter a Title and edit the Text. Specify whether you want to use this default term for your invoices.
- Click on « Save ».
How can I add a notes template?
Momenteo offers you to create your template of notes that you can reuse from one invoice to another, without having to rewrite them each time.
- Go to « Settings » at the top right of your screen.
- Click on « Invoices ».
- Go to the « Text Templates » section.
- Click on « Note Templates ».
- The default template text is « Thank you for your business! ».
- To edit it, click on the Title, enter a new title, and edit the Text. This text will be used by default for your invoices.
- Click on « Save ».
How can I change the number of decimal places for my invoices
- Go to « Settings » at the top right of your screen.
- Click on « Account ».
- Go to the « Preferences » section.
- Select the desired « Number of decimals in amounts » from the drop-down list and click on « Update » to exit.
